Damien Rice announces show at London Palladium

Irish singer-songwriter Damien Rice has announced details of a one-off gig in London later this year.

After announcing his long-awaited album, My Favourite Faded Fantasy last week, the musician will be back on Friday November 7 to perform a special show at the London Palladium. The show will come after the new album which will be released on Monday November 3.

Co-produced by Rick Rubin in LA and Iceland, the American producers has said: “I came to Rick mostly based on what I didn’t know about him, rather than what I did. For some reason I just had a feeling that I would feel comfortable being open and being me and being vulnerable with Rick.”

Tickets for the show go on sale from 9am this Friday, September 19th with the first official single, titled 'I Don't Want To Change You', premiering later this month.
