Bang Bang Romeo Release Video For ‘Shame On You’

Hotly tipped alt-rock trio Bang Bang Romeo have released the video to their breakthrough new single ‘Shame On You’. The video’s stylish and theatrical visuals perfectly complement the band’s bold and powerful personality which is captivating crowds and music tastemakers up and down the country.

The release comes after the band’s triumphant performance at the Isle Of Wight festival last weekend, where they opened the main stage to the event’s biggest ever audience for an opening act. Festival promoter John Giddings has stated that “their performance was legendary...this band are unstoppable".

Bang Bang Romeo are now set to win audiences over in the US and beyond having just signed a worldwide record deal with Eleven Seven Label Group, one of America’s leading independent record companies. ‘Shame On You’ is the first release through their Five Seven Music branch and the next tantalising taste of their highly anticipated debut album, coming October 2018.

The band is fronted by lead singer Anastasia Walker whose remarkable talent is electrifying and has seen her dubbed as a “once in 20 years voice”, comparable to the likes of Adele and the Gossip’s Beth Ditto. Also featuring Ross Cameron (guitars) and Richard Gartland (drums), Bang Bang Romeo are a propelling force for female-fronted bands in a male dominated industry, and a strong and open voice for the LGBT community.

2017 saw the band travel across the country, touring relentlessly including shows at the O2 Arena VIP Lounge with The Foo Fighters and The Killers headlining the main events, a UK tour for ‘This Feeling’ as well as appearing at countless UK festivals such as Reading, TRNSMT, The Great Escape, Y-Not and Liverpool Sound City. This summer they will be performing at Tramlines, Victorious and Kendal Calling and are supporting Electric Six at London’s Nambucca on August 23.
