SundaySong Sending Signals

Atmospheric rock group SundaySong releases their second full length album, Signals, tomorrow. The album continues the story of the previous album, Down Wind, Down Sea, including nine tracks with 49 minutes of ever darker SundaySong.

The album deals with different aspects of death from both sides of the borderline. The sounds on the album move closer to edges, from near metal to almost complete silence in an atmospheric soundscape.

Signals was recorded and produced by SundaySong's drummer Jari Heino and mixed by Teemu Aalto who is known as trusted producer and recorder for such bands as Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum. In addition Markus Vanhala is featuring as a solo guitarist on the album. It was mastered by The Pineapple Thief's keyboardist Steve Kitch who has been working with such bands as Anathema, Opeth and Katatonia.
