Creeper Announce New EP and 'Black Mass' Track
Continuing their success, Southampton’s goth-punks Creeper are set to release a new EP this February.
The Stranger will hit the shelves on Friday February 19 and will be their second release for Roadrunner Records UK following The Callous Heart. The first look at the new EP is unveiled by the new track ‘Black Mass’.
Vocalist Will Gould has said about the track:
“The lyrics are written from the perspective of the character of The Stranger, the heartbroken monster who is the EP’s namesake.
“They’re partly inspired by recounts of sleep paralysis, where sufferers describe seeing a ‘black matter’ or ‘black mass’ haunting them in their rooms at night, while they lie paralysed in bed.”
‘The Stranger’ EP will be available on 12” vinyl and digital download formats.
The band will also be hitting up the UK with a headline next month, including a gig at The Barfly in London on March 3. Tickets are available now.
