Cradle Of Filth Video For 'Heartbreak And Seance'

UK's legendary extreme metal icons Cradle Of Filth have released the music video for the first single off their eagerly awaited 12th album, Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay which will be released on September 22 via Nuclear Blast.

The stunning cover artwork was created by Artūrs Bērziņš, who also created the artwork for the last album Hammer Of The Witches. Bērziņš is the mastermind behind the new record’s artwork, photography and videography – best known for his defiant neo-symbolism raster graphics and oil paintings; postmodern interpretations of classic myths. He has been proclaimed as a “sacred monster of Latvian postmodernism”.

Cryptoriana - The Seductiveness Of Decay was recorded at Grindstone Studios, Suffolk, UK by the very honourable Scott Atkins, esq. who has been the resident go-to producer for Cradle Of Filth for several albums. Dani sat in during the mix, serving up flaming mugs of teas, making the studio couch his own and lending his ears when necessary.

Bonzai Single ‘I Feel Alright’ Out Now

Bonzai AKA Cassia O’Reilly has been on a rollercoaster ride since moving from Wicklow to London, starting off doing background vocals for NAO and being discovered by Mura Masa. She has since lit up festival stages across the world having played Widllife, Parklife, Love Saves The Day, Forbidden Fruit and Spring Attitude just in summer 2017 as well as supporting Flume in Europe. With over 10 million streams of her tracks across all the streaming services and having written huge tunes ‘What If I Go’ (26 million plays on Spotify) and ‘Know Me Better’ with Mura Masa she has emerged as new light in electronica’s alt-pop world. In fact, she and Mura Masa are shaping up to have the reach of a millennial Diplo and MIA.

The daughter of a jazz singer mother and drummer father, Bonzai grew up consuming all strains of electronic music at an accelerated rate – from, godheads, The Prodigy to the cutting edges of the club scene like Mumdance’s weightless grime.

‘I Feel Alright’ combines her favourite elements, a huge chorus, some futuristic crunk percussion, and then a rave-rock intensity. The summer of ‘fire starting’ with festival crowds, where she stages dives, can be heard in the new one. The resulting confection is future-pop treat for summer 2017.
