Night Flight Orchestra Announce First UK Show

After taking the world of rock music by storm with last year's surprise hit, Amber Galactic, which also got nominated for a Swedish Grammy in the process - and leaving people speechless after a breath-taking first European tour in November/December, Swedish classic/progressive rock supergroup The Night Flight Orchestra have completed the work on their highly anticipated new album.

The album - entitled Sometimes The World Ain't Enough - will feature two different cover art variants for the regular and limited editions. Set for a June 29 release via Nuclear Blast, this latest offering will contain 12 brand new songs. The limited first edition digipack CD and the vinyl will feature an exclusive bonus track, whilst the Japanese version will also feature an additional bonus track.

The new record was once again produced by the band themselves and was recorded at Handsome Hard Music / Larsson Music Studio as well as Nordic Sound Lab in Skara, Sweden. Mixing duties were taken on by the band's guitarist/percussionist Sebastian Forslund and mastering was done by Thomas ”Plec” Johansson at The Panic Room.

The band are also excited to announce London as part of their November/December EU tour. Tickets for that show will go on sale on April 13.

Anthrax Discuss Making Kings Among Scotland

Anthrax's forthcoming live release, Kings Among Scotland, is due to hit shelves on April 27. The new release showcases the band's live performance of their legendary album, Among The Living, as well as a mixed live set including a raft of Anthrax classics. The thrash titans have unleashed a new trailer, in which drummer Charlie Benante speaks about the filming of the live set, the location choice and the challenge of playing some of the songs live for the first time.

The two-hour long live DVD was filmed February 15, 2017 at the band's sold out show at the historic venue Barrowland Ballroom in Glasgow. The release incorporates the band's entire live show - which includes gems like 'Madhouse,' 'I Am The Law,' 'Breathing Lightning' and 'Indians' - as well as interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and other B-roll shot on the band's tour bus, backstage hotels etc. There is also a gear rundown with each of the band members.

Kings Among Scotland was produced, directed, filmed and edited for Film24Productions by Paul M. Green (Opeth, The Damned, The Levellers), with the sound mixed by Anthrax studio producer Jay Ruston.
