The Kut Pilot Private Jet In New Video

The Kut has released her latest video, ‘I Am Vain’, from their debut album, Valley of Thorns, which was released on Criminal / Cargo last year, smashed in at No. 7 of the UK Rock Charts and 6 other UK Album Charts.

According to Princess Maha, “’I Am Vain’ wasn’t just about vanity.  It was about laughing out loud in the face of criticism; about taking undue negativity with a pinch of salt.  It’s like when someone says something about you, to try and put you down, but instead of being affected by it, you are just thinking, hmm, and so what?”

The music video sees Princess Maha as pilot of a private jet, rocking out in an aircraft-hanger with Diana Bartmann (drums) and Stella Vie (bass), and spinning out a neat tapping solo to boot. The eighth video-single from Valley of Thorns and still going strong, The Kut shows no signs of slowing down.  A number of UK festival dates have now been announced for 2019, with talk of a third mainland European Tour on the cards for Spring.

From Sorrow To Serenity Announce Album

From Sorrow To Serenity announced their new album Reclaim with the new single and video for ‘We Are Liberty’. It's the second single taken from Reclaim, which will be released on March 22, via Long Branch Records. It is the first album to feature new vocalist and frontman, Gaz King (ex-Nexilva).

Having unveiled their new and improved sound with stand-alone single 'Golden Age' in 2017, From Sorrow to Serenity followed up with relentless touring - including sold out UK tours with Jinjer and Heart of a Coward respectively - before announcing their signing to Long Branch Records and premiering the first single from Reclaim in February 2018.

FSTS entered the studio in September 2018 to begin the recording process at their own studio in Glasgow, Scotland. Guitarist and songwriter Steven Jones (also of Bleed From Within) took the helm on recording, production and mixing, with mastering handled by Ermin Hamidovic (Architects, Periphery, Bury Tomorrow) at Systematic Productions in Melbourne, Australia.
