Pure Phase Ensemble And More Announced For PZYK Fest 2016

Liverpool International Festival Of Psychedelia returns this September 23 and 24 to the warehouses and recesses of Camp and Furnace, Blade Factory and District, in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle.

The festival has announced its second round of artists, joining iconic Welsh psychedelic trailblazers Super Furry Animals and Southend’s kaleidoscopic dream-weavers The Horrors as headliners for this year’s fest.

Pure Phase Ensemble, The Veldt, Eagulls, Gwenno, UlriKa Spacek, The Wytches, La Luz, Muscle and Marrow, Lorelle Meets The Obsolete, Has A Shadow, Vaya Futuro, Demdike Stare, The Stairs, Dungen, Moonlandingz and many more.

Drill : Brighton

Across 14 Brighton venues, over 04 - 07 December 2014 Wire and One Inch Badge will present the latest in the Drill : Festival series.

Currently the line-up for the four days comprises WireSwansSavagesToyCourtney BarnettThe WytchesMono (JPN)East India YouthTelegramGold PandaGrumbling FurSamarisClaudio Simonetti's Goblin perform SuspiriaUlrich SchnaussThe Physics House BandGod DamnDamo SuzukiGithead [Album Launch]TraamsMan ForeverHelen MoneyGulpSpectresCuts and Thor Harris.

Additionally there will be Krautrock Karaoke, Wire & Swans will collaborate to perform the event's iteration of the ever-changing 'Drill' and there will be an appearance of The Pinkflag Guitar Orchestra.

Earlybird tickets are currently £60 for the entire event (not a bad outlay for what is expected to eventually be a line-up of 100+ acts) and can be purchased from the festival website.
