Tenement Trail adds Pronto Mama, Sinderins, Medicine Me and more to line-up

Tenement Trail festival have revealed fifteen new bands to the massive line-up including Pronto Mama, Sinderins, Medicine Men, Shogun and TeenCanteen.

The festival will take place on Saturday October 8 in Glasgow across various venues and is one ticket to over 12 hours of live music across nine venues, featuring over 50 bands and DJs.

Festival organisers have also revealed Sweat, Scholesy, Alligator, Oceans, SHVLLOWS, Five Cousins, Tribal High, Young & The Satellites, ST MARTiiNS and Emme Woods joining the bill.

Speaking about the new announcement, TTV CEO and Festival Organiser Chae Houston said: “This year’s Tenement TV is really heating up, it’s so exciting for the team to see a line-up come together like this.

“There’s a real mix of touring bands, alongside established and well-loved local acts.

“Then there’s the up-and-coming acts that TT16 gives a platform to.

“You could easily discover the next big thing at this year’s festival and that’s what we’re all about.”

Bands will be performing at venues including 02 ABC1, 02 ABC2, The Art School, The Art School (Vic Bar), King Tut’s, Broadcast, Nice N Sleazy, Flat 0/1 and The Priory Bar.

Milburn,Crash Club, Be Charlotte and more announced for Tenement Trail 2016

Scotland’s biggest independent inner-city music festival Tenement Trail has revealed the first wave of acts for the 2016 line-up.

You can expect to see newly reformed indie rock icons Milburn who will headline alongside Crash Club, Be Charlotte, Tijuana Bibles, The Lapelles, The Van T’s, Domiciles, Barrie-James O’Neil, The Bar Dogs and GANGS.

Taking place on Saturday October 8, the festival will takeover 02 ABC1, 02 ABC2, The Art School, The Art School (Vic Bar), King Tut’s, Broadcast, Nice N Sleazy and Flat 0/1.

 

Organisers have also revealed The Paper Kites, Nieves, Johnny LLyod, The Ninth Wave, A New International, Mark McGowan, Breakfast Muff, The Vegan Leather, HQFU, Lewis Capaldi, American Clay and Carousel will also play with more bands to be announced in the coming weeks.  

 

Tenement Trail Festival Director Chae Houston commented: “This is our biggest event yet! We’re delighted to have Milburn headline this year’s event and with the addition of the iconic ABC 1 venue to this year’s venues, we’re sure it’s going to be a TT to remember!”
